FAQs

Where do the workshops take place?

All our workshops are hosted at Mtl Flower Co., located in the beautiful Place Gare Viger courtyard in Old Montreal. The full address and directions are included in your confirmation email.

How long does each workshop last?


Most workshops run for 60 to 120 minutes, depending on the theme and group size. We always include a short introduction, hands-on design time, and a few photo moments at the end!
Do I need any experience?

Not at all! Our workshops are open to everyone — from complete beginners to flower enthusiasts. Our florists will guide you step-by-step so you can create something beautiful to take home.
What’s included in the ticket price?

Each ticket includes all flowers, materials, and tools needed for the workshop. You’ll also take home your finished bouquet or arrangement, beautifully wrapped. Some sessions include light refreshments or a drink — details are listed on each event page.
Can I come with a friend or book as a group?

Absolutely! Workshops are a great experience to share. You can book multiple spots in one order or contact us for private group bookings and corporate events.
What happens if I can’t attend?

ll workshop sales are final. However, you’re welcome to transfer your ticket to someone else if you can’t make it. Just send us an email with their name at least 24 hours before the event.

Can I book a private or corporate workshop?

Yes! We offer custom experiences for corporate events, bridal showers, birthdays, and more. Email us at hello@mtlflowerco.ca to start planning your event.
Do you offer bilingual instruction?

Yes — our team is fully bilingual, and most workshops are taught in English and French, depending on participants’ preferences.
Is there parking nearby?

Yes, there’s paid parking available at Place Gare Viger and free on nearby streets. We recommend arriving 10–15 minutes early to settle in.
Will there be photos or social media coverage?

We love to capture the magic! Photos and short videos may be taken during the workshop. You’re also welcome to take your own — don’t forget to tag @mtlflowerco when sharing your creations!
