• Orders can be modified or cancelled up to 48 hours before the scheduled delivery or pickup date.
• Once your bouquet has been created or is out for delivery, we can no longer make changes or provide refunds.
• Successful cancellations made within the notice period are eligible for a store credit to be used on any future purchase, online or in-store.

We use only the freshest seasonal flowers available. If, for any reason, your flowers arrive damaged or do not meet our quality standards, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with a photo and your order number.

Our team will review your message and offer a suitable resolution — which may include a replacement bouquet or store credit.

Please note that natural variations in size, colour, or bloom stage are part of the charm of fresh flowers and do not qualify as defects.

• For residential deliveries: if no one is home, our courier will leave the flowers in a safe location whenever possible.
• For business deliveries: we will leave the order with reception or a designated contact.
• If delivery cannot be completed due to incorrect information or lack of access, a redelivery fee may apply.

Workshop tickets are final sale once confirmed. If Mtl Flower Co. must cancel or reschedule a session, participants will receive a full refund or the option to transfer to a future date.

You may transfer your spot to another person up to 24 hours before the event by emailing us with their name.

All gift cards and store credits are non-refundable and may be used toward any future purchase, either online or in-store.
