MTL Flower Co. is a Montréal floral studio focused on seasonal flowers, modern design and thoughtful service. Our work spans everyday flowers, events, weddings, workshops and corporate projects.
As we prepare for our next chapter, we’re growing the team. We’re looking for reliable, curious and collaborative people who enjoy working with their hands and contributing to a considered shop experience.
OPEN POSITIONS
We’re hiring across our Montréal retail and floral team.
FLORAL TEAM
For someone with 1–3 years of professional floral experience who wants to continue building their skills in a creative, fast-moving environment.
FLORAL TEAM
For a florist with 4+ years of professional experience who is confident working independently and ready to contribute to more complex event and design work.
RETAIL
For someone with 5+ years of retail experience and a strong service, organizational and leadership mindset. Floral experience is an asset, but is not required.
INTERNSHIPS
We’re always happy to hear from students, people in floral training, and those at the beginning of their careers who are looking for hands-on experience in a working flower shop and studio.
