Order before 4 PM.

Regular same-day delivery is available for eligible orders placed before 4 PM. Orders placed after the cutoff will be scheduled for the next available delivery date.

During peak periods, including Valentine’s Day and Mother’s Day, delivery capacity may be limited. We recommend ordering as early as possible.

Montréal and surrounding areas.

We deliver throughout Montréal and to many areas of Laval, the South Shore, and the West Island. Delivery rates start at $13.95 and vary according to the destination postal code.

Available options and applicable delivery fees are calculated based on the address provided with your order.

DELIVERY WINDOWS

Choose the window that works for you.

Our regular delivery windows are generally:

• 9 AM–1 PM
• 1 PM–6 PM
• 4 PM–7 PM

Available windows are shown in your cart. Unless a specific arrangement has been confirmed in advance, we cannot guarantee an exact delivery time within a window.

DELIVERY DAY

A few details make all the difference.

Each arrangement is prepared as close to dispatch as possible to preserve freshness and presentation. To help avoid delays, please provide:

• the recipient’s full name;
• the complete address and postal code;
• a phone number;
• the unit number, buzzer code, or any other relevant access instructions.

RECIPIENT UNAVAILABLE

If no one is available.

Depending on the circumstances, our courier may leave the flowers in a safe location, with a concierge, at reception, or with a designated contact.

If a safe delivery cannot be completed, the order may be returned for follow-up. A redelivery fee may apply when another attempt is required because of an incorrect address, incomplete information, or lack of access.

For deliveries to an office, hospital, hotel, or event venue, please include the recipient’s full name, the business or venue name, room or suite number where applicable, and a phone number.

Individual facility policies may limit where our courier is permitted to leave an arrangement.

Flowers change with the seasons.

We work with fresh, seasonal flowers. Occasionally, a variety or colour may need to be substituted. When this happens, we preserve the overall mood, palette, style, and value of the arrangement ordered.
