Whether you are sending flowers for a birthday, sympathy gesture, celebration, or simply because, we aim to make the delivery experience feel seamless and reliable.

Same-Day Flower Delivery

Same-day delivery is available on eligible orders placed before 4PM.

Orders placed after the cutoff will be scheduled for the next available delivery date.

During peak periods such as Valentine’s Day and Mother’s Day, we recommend ordering early as delivery capacity may be limited.

Delivery Areas

We deliver throughout Montréal and surrounding areas within our local delivery zone.

Delivery availability and fees are automatically calculated at checkout based on the destination postal code.

What to Expect on Delivery Day

Each arrangement is prepared as close to dispatch time as possible to ensure freshness and presentation.

All bouquets and arrangements are carefully packaged for transport and delivered with attention to detail.

Please ensure all delivery information is accurate at checkout, including:

• recipient name
• full address and postal code
• phone number
• access details (buzz code, unit number, etc.)

If the Recipient Is Not Home

If the recipient is unavailable at the time of delivery, we may:

• leave the order in a safe location when appropriate
• leave it with a concierge, receptionist, or neighbour
• contact the recipient if needed

If a safe delivery cannot be completed, the order may be returned for follow-up.

Delivery Timing

While we aim to complete deliveries within a reasonable timeframe, we cannot guarantee exact delivery times unless specifically arranged and confirmed in advance.

During high-volume periods or weather disruptions, delivery windows may be extended.

Substitutions and Seasonality

We work with seasonal and market-fresh flowers. On occasion, substitutions may be necessary.

When substitutions occur, we maintain the overall style, colour palette, and value of the arrangement while selecting the best available blooms.

Hospital, Office & Event Deliveries

For deliveries to hospitals, offices, or event venues, please include:

• recipient full name
• business or venue name
• unit, suite, or room number
• contact phone number

Providing detailed information helps avoid delays and ensures a smooth delivery.
