DESCRIPTION

Formulated with grape seed, hemp, sweet almond, and sunflower oils, this lightweight cream is easily absorbed to restore skin hydration and balance. It helps soothe delicate skin thanks to the omega-3s in hemp oil and lavender essential oil, in addition to being packed with rejuvenating ingredients such as shea butter, Japanese green tea, chamomile, aloe vera, and vitamin E.

USAGE

Apply a small amount to your body. Just a little is enough for a relaxing and hydrating effect. We recommend always keeping the pretty bottle near the sink for hand use after washing, or beside your bed to provide skin hydration before sleep.

Tip: Fill your small hand cream bottles with this lotion using the pump dispenser.

We use only fresh, seasonal flowers, and every bouquet is made to order. While our florists do their best to match the photo shown, some blooms or colours may be substituted based on availability. No matter what, your bouquet will always be fresh, beautiful, and made to bring joy to whoever receives it.

Where do you delivery and what are your delivery rates?

We deliver to all areas within Montreal and Laval (and further with additional fees).

Typical delivery rates are between $13.96 and $24.95 with some exceptions. All orders over $150 receive free delivery*.
What if the recipient isn't home?

Recipients will receive delivery updates via text or email.

In the case that the recipient is not available during delivery, the driver may leave the flowers at the door or have it brought back to the shop, unless otherwise requested.

Our flowers are always securely packaged with a water source. However, in temperatures below freezing, we cannot leave flowers at the door.

Failed deliveries will be sent back to our shop and available for pickup.
Can I place an order for same-day delivery?

Yes! We can accommodate same-day deliveries up to 1:00 pm EST.

What flowers will be included in bouquet or arrangement?

At Mtl Flower Co, we depend on weekly seasonal availability from our many unique growers and suppliers. All our bouquets and arrangements are custom-created just for your order and will include only our freshest blooms and foliage.
How long should be fresh cut flowers last?

At our studio, we receive fresh flowers almost daily and follow a meticulous care routine to ensure they last as long as possible. Every bloom has a unique vase life, ranging from 5 days to over 2 weeks, and proper care at home plays a big role in keeping them fresh.

To prolong the life of your fresh-cut flowers, be sure to:

  • Change the water regularly
  • Trim the stems at an angle
  • Keep them away from direct sunlight
  • Avoid placing them near heat or cold drafts

All our fresh-cut flowers are thoughtfully packaged with flower food to help you enjoy their beauty to the fullest.

If you feel your flowers didn’t arrive fresh, please contact us at sales@mtlflowerco.ca within 48 hours of receiving your bouquet/arrangement. Be sure to include photos and a brief explanation of the issue so we can assist you promptly.
