Flowers are natural products and sometimes behave unexpectedly. If your arrangement does not meet expectations within 48 hours of delivery or pickup, please contact us:

Include clear photos of the full arrangement with the area of concern visible. Our team will review your request within 48 hours.
Approved claims may be replaced with a fresh arrangement.
Claims made outside the 48-hour window will not be honoured, as flower care and environment greatly affect longevity.
DAMAGES & ISSUES
Please inspect your order immediately upon receipt. If you notice damage, a defect, or an incorrect item, contact us within 24 hours of delivery.

ORDER CANCELLATIONS
Because flowers are sourced fresh for each order, cancellations must be made at least 48 hours prior to the scheduled delivery or pickup.
Approved cancellations are eligible for store credit only.
Orders already prepared cannot be refunded but may be picked up in-store or redirected to another address (additional delivery fees may apply).
EVENT & À LA CARTE ORDERS
For larger floral orders (such as weddings, events, or à la carte collections), we require 7 days’ notice for cancellations.
Approved cancellations will be issued as store credit only.
Orders cancelled with less than 7 days’ notice are non-refundable.
SHOP MERCHANDISE & GIFTS
Perishable and personal care items (flowers, plants, food, or custom/personalized products) are final sale.
Non-perishable retail items may be exchanged within 48 hours for store credit, provided they are unused, in original packaging, and accompanied by a receipt.
Exchanges for the same item (e.g., a different scent of candle) may be possible if in stock. Price differences will be charged to the customer.

FAILED OR UNDELIVERED ORDERS
If a recipient declines a delivery, no refund will be issued.
If the wrong address is provided, Mtl Flower Co. is not responsible and no refund will be given.
If the recipient is unavailable and the flowers must be left unattended, Mtl Flower Co. is not liable once the arrangement has been delivered.
