  • Product Info

Cyclamen plants are cherished for their vibrant, butterfly-like flowers and heart-shaped foliage with delicate silver patterns. Available in shades of pink, red, white, and purple, they make a beautiful and cheerful addition to your home or garden during the cooler months.

    Care Instructions

    • Light: Cyclamen thrive in bright, indirect light. Indoors, place them near a window with filtered sunlight. Outdoors, they prefer partial to full shade. Avoid harsh direct sunlight, which can scorch the leaves.

Watering: Water deeply when the top inch of soil feels dry, avoiding water on the leaves or crown of the plant, as this can cause rot. Ensure the pot has drainage holes, and always empty any excess water from the saucer.

Temperature: Cyclamen prefer cooler temperatures between 50°F and 68°F (10°C-20°C). Keep them away from heat sources, drafts, or areas with fluctuating temperatures.

Humidity: These plants enjoy moderate humidity. Place a tray of water with pebbles near the plant or group it with other plants to increase humidity, especially during the winter.

Fertilization: Feed your Cyclamen every two weeks during active growth and blooming (fall through early spring) with a balanced liquid fertilizer diluted to half strength. Stop fertilizing during its summer dormancy.

Dormancy Care: After blooming, Cyclamen may enter a dormant phase in late spring or early summer. During this time, reduce watering significantly, allow the leaves to die back, and store the plant in a cool, dry spot until growth resumes in fall.

Repotting: Repot your Cyclamen every 2-3 years in the early fall, using fresh, well-draining soil to encourage healthy growth and blooms.

Pests and Diseases: Watch for pests like aphids or spider mites and treat infestations promptly with insecticidal soap. Prevent fungal issues by avoiding overwatering and ensuring good airflow around the plant.

Decorating Tip: Cyclamen’s bright blooms and patterned leaves make them a perfect centerpiece for winter décor. Pair them with seasonal decorations or display them in decorative pots for a festive touch.

With the right care, your Cyclamen will reward you with months of stunning blooms, adding beauty and elegance to your indoor or outdoor space.
